Sustainability in Construction
UEB has award winning experience in green building (including LEED projects) but you won’t find us greenwashing projects without sensible analysis. Whether your commercial project is a green retrofit or new construction, we will evaluate your building systems options in terms of cost on three levels:
Environmental cost (LEED rating guides are a good measurement tool)
Construction cost (includes product cost, delivery cost and labor)
Life Cycle cost (Operation and Maintenance life cycle)
